We offer exclusive Security Officer Training that will equip you from from entry level to highly advanced security officer status, with specific emphasis placed on assisting both individuals and security companies to become PSIRA/SASSETA compliant. All our training is accredited by PSIRA and SASSETA, and is recognised throughout South Africa.

Security Career / Employment Arrange an interview with one of our Talent Managers and in preparation for your interview ensure you bring the following in order to register for FREE of charge on our Security Career / Employment data warehouse:

ALL certificates and documentation for training you have completed either with iZi Secure Training and or any other organisations.
Your original ID document, fire-arm competencies certificate, driver’s license and PDP (if applicable). Any iZi Training graduates will not need to complete any additional examinations and we will market your competencies / experience to leading security companies looking to onboard top calibers security professionals. A nominal administration (criminal vetting / CV creation etc.) and placement fee will be charged on successfully being onboarded.

Talent Management Recruitment
Within excess of 60 years of global (Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa), Regional (Africa) & Country (South Africa) corporate C-Suite, as well as security and guarding industry experience gained, we know the importance of a sound people strategy that focuses on attracting talent with strong work ethic to address the high turnover and absenteeism experience in the industry.

Our Talent Management team provides professional hassle-free service removing your focus on finding talent – whether for individual security officers seeking employment or for security companies seeking security officers.

Our packages to clients will include all talent being:

Interviewed and screened by our Talent Management team including checking previous employers, criminal check including official documentation and accreditations are viewed and verified.
Verifying VALID compliance PSIRA, firearm competency and/or SASSETA, Drivers Licence / PDP / First Aid.
If applicable undergo a refresher drivers’ course as well a PSIRA refresher course in any instance members has not been trained by iZi Secure Training Academy.

PSIRA Registration
iZi Training can assist with PSIRA Registration for all pre skill levels completed for a nominal fee.

SASSETA data portfolio of training evidence warehouse services
All security companies that are currently operational are by virtue of the new dispensation obliged to re-train their officers as soon as possible or face the possibility of closure.

iZi Training Academy’s key objective is to assist all reputable security companies in their quest to appoint new security officers as well as existing team members re-qualified under the new SASSETA control training system and requirements via ON-SITE information gathering via the SASSETA PRL SYSTEM designed to expedite the process of re-qualifying of companies’ security officers as soon as possible.

iZi Training Academy can support and ensure all security companies are compliant with SASSETA qualified site security team members currently actively employed.

This will include:

SASSETA personnel file kept and maintained by iZi training data portfolio of evidence warehouse of each security officer’s current status and qualifications:
PSIRA certification.
Firearm competency certificates.
All previous training courses completed.
Letter of good standing from the employer.

Furthermore, iZi Secure training academy will ensure:

All information will be processed and submitted SASSETA offices Riverview office park – Midrand for:
– Verification
– Authorisation
– Issuing of the new unit standard SASSETA certificate validating each security officer’s competence in his duties as a security officer.

PSIRA Compliance Services

In addition, we are able to provide all the required assistance for Security Companies and individuals to become PSIRA Certified via the PSIRA Grades Systems that allows applicants to apply for clearance directly from PSIRA.

PSIRA’s Security Officer Requirements clearly state in order to be certified the following requirements include:

Nobody can skip grades or levels.
Each grade takes a minimum of one week to complete.
Each grade takes one week to be processed by PSIRA

Once the candidates processing is completed and the Learners Grading Level appears on PSIRA’s website the Learner may follow the application procedure to apply for their PSIRA Certificate and ID card
